Hello, I’m the founder of GWS Consulting, and my name is Dylan Cadiz. The inception of GWS was fueled by the observation that there weren’t many scaffolding options available. My professional journey began in sales and customer service for electronics in 2016, but in 2023, I transitioned into the world of scaffolding. What drives me in my work is the joy of educating and supporting individuals to bring their dreams to life. It’s more than a job; it’s a passion. Recently, the Volcom House underwent restoration to preserve its legacy and ensure its continued contribution to the vibrant surfing community. Assisting in this endeavor was GWS Consulting Scaffolding Rentals, utilizing their state-of-the-art frame scaffold systems to facilitate the restoration process.
